Royal visits, charity events, school leaving ceremonies and balls are only a few of the varied event services that ACEs offers. For charity functions and dinner events we provide an inspiring occasion contributing to the success and enjoyment of your fundraiser. ACEs have effectively directed many royal visits over the years delivering sensitive management of royal protocol, customs and traditions that make all the difference to a successful event. ACEs are very respectful towards pupils and grounds during our management of each school function. Enriched by the provision of ingenious touches such as aerialists and stilt-walkers, ACEs create unique and unforgettable celebrations for all age groups.

ACEs oversaw the management of the separate events for the Sherborne School celebration sitting on multiple planning committees led by the Headmaster and School Bursar.
The management of all external contractors on-site was headed up by ACEs; marquee, furniture, techincal equipment, dressing (linen, decor) and entertainment.
The historical importance of the buildings were carefully considered and ACEs successfully kept in line with fire regulations, road closure requirements and communication between the School and the local community to successfully create a fun and exciting evening for all.
Energetic and Entertaining Walk the Walk Charity Fundraisers
ACEs has been working as the site management team on behalf of Walk the Walk for 10 consecutive years now. We are delighted to be associated with such a special and influential event and to work alongside the great team from the charity. The fundraiser has taken place at Battersea Power Station, Clapham Common and Hyde Park throughout this decade.
On the eve of the "MoonWalk", participants gather under an enormous pink top tent in their themed decorated bras, for example space themed in 2013, to unite as one and raise money for breast cancer. The walkers always enjoy a fun filled evening before setting off on their strenuous journey. ACEs has co-ordinated various forms of entertainment to inspire the walkers from Avatar stilt walkers and outstanding performance by the Rock Choir to stalls offering massages and temporary tattoos.
ACEs were delighted to return to Clifton College to help run The Prince's Trust Red Dinner, 2014. This year's the theme was Hollywood - gold glitter oscar statues stood at the entrance to the school as guests made their way along the glamorous red carpet, whilst in the Great Hall centrepieces of mini Oscar statues and film reels adorned the tables.
Guests enjoyed a three course 'Red' themed dinner of kedgeree croquette, confit belly of pork and a white chocolate with red cherries cheesecake.
Entertainment was provided by X Factor's Alexandra Burke, The Voice UK's Celestine Walcott-Gordon and the evening's host Omid Djalili. Guests were able to bid in the silent auction throughout the evening using the iPads provided and the evening finished with a hugely successful live auction.
The Clifton College Leavers' Commemoration Ball has been under ACEs management for several years now. In 2012 for Clifton College's 150th Anniversary catering for 1,600 guests, the theme was 1600's. As guests arrived they were wowed by stilt walkers and were in awe of the glamor and glitz of the main room with tables dressed in rich fabric, stunning vases filled with coloured feathers, candelabras illuminated the room in a soft glow and, after dinner, a casino and fun fair opened for all to enjoy. The celebration was truly in full swing once the ten-peiece band took to the stage for an energetic performance. In contrast, for the 2014 celebration, Black and White Masquerade was the theme. ACEs delivered yet again when we transformed the marquee initially used for the formal speeches and awards into a themed party location. Amazing entertainers, games tables and extravagant table decorations, such as ostrich feather centrepieces were present along with a brilliant live band. 2015 saw a great Prohibition-style theming complete with Al Capone actor and aerial artists.
