Vegetarian BBQ

Quick and easy to make, these skewers are the perfect accompaniment to any BBQ and can be enjoyed by meat lovers and vegetarians alike; Charred halloumi with roasted peppers, mushrooms, aubergine and butternut squash skewers. Served with buttery new potatoes, chive lemon and rapeseed oil salad with garden leaves.

With flavours from the Middle East proving incredibly popular and a must- eat trend, this mouth-watering Moroccan dish brings colour and variety.

Dukkah spiced cauliflower & sultana pastilla, served with cumin roasted carrot, feta, chilli and coriander alongside giant couscous, red pepper, apricot, sultanas, coriander and pistachio. With a selection of flat breads perfect for dipping into garlic & coriander, chilli & tomato, zaatar & sesame and babaganoush (baked eggplant mashed with tahini, olive oil and seasoning).

Vegetarian Wedding Breakfast

Catering for a selection of taste buds and finding the perfect balance between ensuring guests are fuelled for a night of dancing but leaving plenty of room for a delicious wedding cake, these wedding breakfasts provide a contemporary twist on the traditional offer;

Feta, smoked aubergine & spinach parcel, scorched cherry vine tomatoes, chimichurri with roasted new potatoes, rosemary and olive oil. Accompanied by tender stem broccoli, capers, lemon and toasted almonds.

Roasted butternut squash tortellini with forest mushrooms, sautéed spinach, sage butter sauce and seasonal vegetables.

Pisello, chickpea and mint fritter, fondant potato, smoked cauliflower puree, asparagus and salsa verde.
