Though our team is small, we’re mighty, and we’re part of a wider network of South West-based event experts. We regularly collaborate with our sister companies, CMC Marquees and SLX, and leverage our network to utilise the best suppliers the region has to offer for your event

Our Bespoke Approach
Each event we plan is as unique as each brand we work with. Our tried and tested approach ensures we develop your brief into an unforgettable event for your guests.
Time for a chat
Send us an email or give us a call to initiate the planning of your event. We’ll listen and make suggestions but at this stage, it’s all about understanding your brief, the options and how we can best support you – we are led by you and what you are looking for.
Whether you have a venue or location in mind or need suggestions we’re here to help! We love working in structures , located on green fields or private sites, but are also equally at home in a venue – working to bring each and every space to life. We have great relationships with lots of Bristol venues and are preferred suppliers for a wide range of locations.
Planning and plotting
We’ll develop a full brief for your event – which will take you on a step-by-step guide of what we propose. Dependent on the information we have at this stage, we will either produce a guideline or full budget.
We’ll then await your feedback.
Refining the details
Having heard and understood your thoughts, we’ll make any amends to the brief and budget. This is the ‘improve and refine’ section, which will result in a full event plan from top to bottom.
Once you’re completely happy that the plan meets your requirements, we issue a reservation document and deposit to form a contract. We then book in our team to deliver what we need to run your event – everything is secured and we’re ready to rock.
Event delivery
From being the first on–site to ensuring the last piece of kit is packed away, we’re on it. We will have a weather eye over everything throughout delivery, management and de-rig.
A calm presence throughout your event, we make sure all is as it should be and everything is on time and in the right place. You get us the whole way through – from the initial call to the final finish.
