Cornbury Park Wedding

Guests began the day with a heartfelt ceremony in the beautiful church, accompanied by a live singer who added a touch to key moments like the bride’s arrival and the signing of the register. The confetti moment outside the church was picture-perfect, using natural petals as confetti, followed by the bride and groom’s elegant departure to Cornbury Park, while guests were transported via minibuses.

Upon arriving at the estate, guests were welcomed with champagne and the sounds of a brass band at the top of the hill, creating a memorable walk down the valley and welcome to the marquee for the drinks reception. With the marquee standing proudly on the Rangers Lawn, framed by the Cornbury landscape, guests enjoyed drinks and canapés as group shots were captured against the stunning backdrop.

Inside the sperry tent, guests dined at long tables adorned with low centrepieces by the brilliant Millie Richardson, brimming with colourful, textured florals. Green glassware added a striking pop of colour to the tables, perfectly tying in with the natural beauty of the surroundings. Overhead, hanging floral installations brought a sense of romance and drama, while spectacular lighting by SLX illuminated the marquee and the surrounding hillside – including their show stopping ‘field of fire’ as the day turned into night.
The bar was a standout feature—a bespoke round structure covered in a bespoke wrap chosen by our clients that seamlessly complemented the wedding’s aesthetic. After heartfelt speeches and a delicious meal by Quince and Clover, guests were treated to a dramatic dancefloor reveal, complete with a dazzling disco ball installation that set the scene for a night of unforgettable celebrations.

Entertainment was in a league of its own. Performances by the bespoke Encore Entertainment with a singing waiter sketch and guests danced the night away to the fantastic BEAT. As night fell, a spectacular fireworks display lit up the skies above Cornbury, giving guests a chance to step outside and marvel at the view before returning to the party.
Every detail, from the initial table setup to the marquee’s structure, the surprise singing waiters during dinner, and the saxophonist on the dancefloor alongside the DJ late into the night, was planned and expertly managed by the team at ACEs.
