Cotswolds Weekend Celebration

We helped coordinate every detail from bespoke invitation design to exquisite menu creation and breath-taking décor, we were involved in every detail to ensure both occasions were truly special. Our team worked closely with the client throughout the planning process, delivering seamless event coordination from start to finish.

A striking clear marquee, complete with a vibrant hot pink carpet, served as the bespoke venue for the weekend’s celebrations. The atmosphere was set for two distinct events that showcased both elegance and fun.

Saturday evening saw 100 guests enjoy an evening of delicious canapés and bowl food, whilst our expert bar team served a selection of special wines hand-picked by our client. The evening culminated in a breath-taking fireworks display, launched from the valley below. Guests enjoyed the spectacle from both inside and outside the clear-roofed marquee, creating a magical end to the night.

The celebrations continued the following day with an intimate Sunday lunch for close family and friends. Long banquet tables were adorned with stunning floral arrangements and bright, playful balloons, creating a relaxed yet stylish setting for the afternoon.
