Mojo Active Corporate Day

To accommodate the day’s activities, we set up an extensive site build which took 2 days, featuring three stretch tents by Prickly Pear and two clearspan marquees by the fantastic CMC Marquees. The stretch tents provided relaxed breakout areas for guests throughout the day, whilst one of the clearspan marquees hosted a morning meeting before transforming into an elegant space for dinner and dancing in the evening. The other marquee was dedicated to catering, offering convenient access to refreshments and meals continuously throughout the day. 

A bespoke stage setup by SLX, incorporating the company’s branding and colours, served as a focal point, with meetings and awards being help on the stage, it was important to get the design and sizing correct. The lighting design enhanced both the professional atmosphere during the meeting and then later into the day the nightclub energy of the evening entertainment. 

Fosters Catering ensured guests were well-fed with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all 850 attendees, delivering a seamless dining experience. Meanwhile, the exceptional team at Mojo Active kept the energy high with adventurous activities such as high ropes, quad biking, and more, allowing everyone to bond and have fun, with something available for everyone. 

This event perfectly balanced action, teamwork, and celebration, leaving a lasting impression on all involved.
