Event management for a corporate fun day in South Gloucestershire.
It is always such a pleasure to delivery corporate fun days for local Bristol clients and especially helping this fun company with their Summer events. We were delighted to be invited back again to this brilliant event site at Mojo Active to assist them in providing a structure, power, catering, furniture and staffing for an activity packed corporate fun day for their hardworking Bristol based team.
From the initial meeting we were on hand to assist our clients with any requirements they had. A new event site for 2019 meant a site visit to measure our positioning for the marquee structure.
The structure we provided was used a the ‘base’ for all 300 attendees, a place to stop off in between activities whether that was a quick coffee break, a delicious lunch or the evening BBQ – these guest were well fed!
The marquee was fully carpeted and lined, and decorated with lanterns in the company’s colours to add a little branding. The furniture we brought in was multi use with a conference style layout required in the morning and a banqueting style required for the rest of day. During the conference we hid all other furniture behind a screen out of sight from guests, once guests had left for their first activity it was time for a full makeover of the marquee – round tables were rolled out and clothed, all ready for the first coffee break of the morning – just 40 minutes later!
Liaising directly with the caterer of this event we designed the kitchen, brought in all kit they required and arranged a tip top team to assist with all catering and service aspects on the day. From serving breakfast to guests on arrival, right through to the final clear up.
