Moonwalk

Every year, ACEs proudly supports the Moonwalk, a charity event dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research. Our involvement is not just limited to a single location—we send our team to help bring these inspiring events to life in both London and Edinburgh, where we support the London Moonwalk every May and the Edinburgh Moonwalk every September.

The transformation of the event spaces, whether in London’s Clapham Common or Edinburgh’s Holyrood Park, is always an awe-inspiring process. What begins as an empty area soon becomes a vibrant sea of pink tents, neon flags, and creatively decorated bras. The ACEs team, alongside our trusted partners SLX and CMC, work in the days leading up to the event, setting up tents, trackways, lighting, and miles of fencing to ensure the site is ready for the participants and supporters.

On event day, the energy is always high with the final touches put in place, including food vendors, inflatable décor around the site and water stations, while the gates eagerly await the arrival of thousands of participants. As the gates open, the crowd—dressed in their most vibrant attire and decorated bras—floods the site, bringing an infectious sense of excitement and community spirit.

As the evening progresses and the walkers set off on their marathon route, the ACEs team plays a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s launching confetti cannons to mark the start of the walk or managing the event flow, our focus is on creating a seamless experience for all involved. Watching thousands of walkers embark on their journey, united by a common goal, is always a moving experience.

Throughout the years Moonwalk have raised thousands for breast cancer research, and we are honoured to be a part of such a significant cause. Whether it’s in London or Edinburgh, ACEs is committed to supporting these incredible events, ensuring they continue to grow and make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.
