Western Party Extravaganza

Fun with the theming started at the get go, with the stationary design – particularly the invites showcasing wanted posters of the birthday guest. We didn’t stop there and carried this design all the way through to the tables names, numbers and seating plans.

As guests arrived they were stunned with our showstopper entrance —a bespoke archway marking the ranch-inspired entry, complete with wagon wheels, ropes, lush greenery, and hay bales. It created the perfect rustic welcome before leading guests into the western style marquee. Through the swinging saloon doors, the party décor struck the ideal balance between rugged and fresh. Blue-and-white check napkins adorned rustic tables, complemented by charming centrepieces featuring trinkets and lanterns, alongside rustic floral arrangements and a large saloon bar. Around the marquee, towering cacti, crates of dynamite, barrels, and even an ox head added a bold Western flair.

Held in a grand, traditional marquee provided by our trusted friends at Vintage Marquees, and with mouthwatering Western-inspired catering from Fosters Catering, this celebration was undoubtedly a wild hoedown.

The party was a true celebration of all things cowboy, starting with a lively saloon-style reception. Guests were treated to games and entertainers who set the tone for the evening. From there, a spirited line-dancing procession led everyone to dinner, creating a seamless flow of entertainment and excitement. After the meal, a spectacular post-dinner show by the brilliant Encore Entertainment team took centre stage and had everyone talking , closing out the evening with The Sisterhood.
