    Director

    An industry leader in event design, production and management, Alastair brings over 40 years of experience delivering exceptional events across Europe. Working both creatively and commercially, he combines strategic thinking with extensive expertise in event logistics, technical production and temporary structures to bring even the most ambitious client briefs to life. Known for his calm approach, attention to detail and ability to turn ideas into reality, he is widely respected for creating exceptional events and memorable experiences.

    Alastair is also CEO of SLX and Director of CMC Marquees, giving him a unique perspective across every aspect of event production and delivery.

    Event Manager

    Lucy has been an integral part of Alastair Currie Events for the past 10 years, delivering a diverse portfolio of events for clients across the South West and beyond.

    With expertise spanning client management, event operations, logistics and event delivery, she combines meticulous planning with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to create exceptional events and memorable experiences. Known for her calm and personable manner, Lucy builds strong relationships with clients, suppliers and venues, ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly to the highest standard.

    Joining  ACEs at the start of 2025, Carys is a friendly and enthusiastic member of the team with a background in Hospitality. With great attention to detail and a passion for customer service, Carys is eager to understand all the details of clients’ briefs and is always willing to go the extra mile.
