The Alastair Currie Events Approach
We plan bespoke events so each delivery is unique – as is each client. Our tried and tested methodology ensures we develop and deliver the given brief. It’s our five-step plan for a successful Alastair Currie Events event.

Step 2
Planning and plotting
We'll develop a full brief for your event - which will take you on a step by step guide of what we propose. Dependent on the information we have at this stage, we will either produce a guideline or full budget. We'll then await your feedback.

Step 3
Major changes or minor tweaks
Having had your thoughts on everything - we'll make any amends to the brief and budget. This is the 'improve and refine' section, which will result in a full event plan from top to bottom. You then sign this off when you're totally happy - and we issue a reservation document and deposit to form a contract. We then book in all of our team to deliver what we need to run your event - everything is secured and we're ready to rock.

Step 4
Bits and bobs, the last touches
The time for making sure that everything is absolutely as you'd wish it. We finalise any bits that were left as 'to be designed or developed' on your booking - and get things just right with chefs, florists and designers. We're here with you every step of the way; from the timeline to the colour-wheel.

Step 5
On the day & the morning after
From being the first onsite to ensuring the last piece of kit is packed away, we're on it. We will have a weather eye over everything throughout delivery, management and de-rig. A calm presence throughout your event, to ensure all is as it should be and everything is on time and in the right place. You get us the whole way through - from the initial phonecall to the final finish.
