An Out Of This World Christmas Party

A wow factor ‘out of this world’ experience for our Christmas conference guests!

After attending their conference at the Bristol aquarium our clients were then transported to the stars for a space themed Christmas party, complete with a red carpet, performers and even UV lighting for those all important glow sticks and alien style temporary tattoos.

Guests were transferred via coach to arrive on the red carpet at Ashton Gate Stadium’s Lansdown suite in Bristol. Upon entering guests were greeted with not only a glass of bubbly and delicious but also a huge inflatable selfie booth, some fantastic photo props, and some great performers showing off their mind-bending tricks.

With the help of some great lighting, LED panels showing the Earth from above, wacky centrepieces, light-up tables and a spaceship tunnel (rocket sound effects included!) the atmosphere was great and really out of this world.

Once all guests had arrived the rocket doors opened to announce that dinner was ready to be served! The dining room was dressed with planet installations around the walls, twinkling starcloth, an LED light-up dancefloor and amazing colour changing centrepieces which really delivered the dramatic reveal our client wanted. We even installed a giant inflatable rocket into the dining room! Branding of our clients company was used throughout the décor, from the menus to the posters, we really made their brand pop.

After dinner service there were some surprises that we had in store. Not only did we give out branded boxes of glow sticks, UV tattoos and UV body crayons which went down very well, they also had a surprise performance. The performers did an amazing light show after dinner service, using hula-hoops, juggling equipment and light up suits to really wow the crowd. They even surprised the guests with their creativity by incorporating our clients logo into their spectacular performance.

After dinner was cleared the party really began. Guests made their way to the dancefloor to dance the night away with our amazing DJ and his great tunes. At the end of the event all guests were escorted back onto their coaches to arrive safely home.
