Complete Party Planning & Management for Themed Birthday Celebration in Somerset.
This Arabian themed party was an almost a year in the making, providing full management to our Somerset based client every step of the way to create a super special, bespoke party.
Our client’s brief was a fun party to take place within an authentic Arabian themed party venue at their Somerset home, creating a variety of party spaces where their guests could relax or dance the night away.
Working with a fantastic team we created a bespoke party space –a stunning green marquee lined with saffron linings and a full floor covering of Persian rugs, positioned on our client’s lawn.
Within the tent we created different areas for guests to enjoy; banks of low seating with hundreds of cushions for those wishing to sit back and relax, a row of rustic tables decorated with lots of trinkets especially for the adults, and of the course the bar and dancefloor for those who wanted to enjoy the live music and DJ, along with a cocktail or two!
Outside of the tent, firepits and benches were brought in and were a keen favourite with all guests on this stunning July evening.
Our super fun bar team served from a bespoke bar unit created especially for this event. Cocktails were flowing throughout the evening, with impromptu cocktails lessons for guests into the early hours!
The evening was packed full of fun surprises for guests; the chime of an ice cream van outside of the tent meant only one thing for guests – Mr Whippy ice creams for all! A barista serving from an artisan coffee tricycle ensured guests got their caffeine fix. A firework display later in the evening was triggered by the birthday girl pressing a big red button – a fantastic surprise!
An array of the birthday girl’s favourite foods were served from delicious canapes during the drinks reception, to pizza served straight from a food fired oven and super tasty late night munchies. And of course we were on hand the next morning with the all-important breakfast rolls served just before guests headed back to London the coach.
We were delighted to be able to assist this client in creating such a memorable occasion at their home!
