Car Launch at Aerospace Bristol

An award winning event delivered by the Alastair Currie Events team at Aerospace Bristol under the wings of Concorde. 

Our team were approached by Aston Martin Bristol to design and manage the launch of their limited edition car the DBS Superleggera Concorde at Aerospace Bristol. 

Guests were invited to take a step back in time to enjoy a flight on Concorde. We took inspiration from Concorde’s on-board flight experience to produce a truly authentic and super special evening – a once in a lifetime experience for guests.                                                    

We worked closely with our client to ensure every detail was taken care of from custom branding throughout, beautiful place settings and even down to the menu choices – a replica of a Concorde menus. 

Special considerations were to taken to create the perfect layout allowing the best opportunities for the vehicles to be displayed with plenty of atmospheric lighting from the team at SLX.

During the drinks receptions guests were given access to board Concorde and enjoy the flight simulator before being treated to a three-course dining experience, with regular ‘flight’ announcements from a former Concorde Pilot. After dinner a live band provided the perfect soundtrack for guests to enjoy further drinks under the wings and view the spectacular array of cars on display.
