Following their Brand Launch conference, employees enjoyed a fabulous Christmas Party themed to a ‘Best of British’ snowy park styled reception opening into their very own Hotel for dining and party!
Guests transport was co-ordinated by coach, and arrival onto a glitzy red carpet complete with flambeaux for a striking entrance, and they made their way into the unrecognisable Lansdown Suite at Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol. Making their way in past snowy trees, they were greeted with a stunning garden set up, complete with outdoor furniture including park benches, a working stone-effect water fountain, classic lamp posts, snow drifts and fir trees strung with lights. A super talking point for a festive mingling welcome drink.
A trio of Victorian Christmas carollers and a fabulous park themed photobooth – featuring a very realistic golden Labrador and some equally realistic pigeons! With a snowy backdrop and an array of props to pose with, entertained the guests during their drinks reception.
Guests were then invited through the large & dramatic iron gates (which swung open to the announcement that dinner was served) into a partitioned area of the Lansdown Suite. A dramatic reveal of the beautifully dressed room, to look like a grand hotel all themed and named to the client’s brand.
The room was filled with impactful lighting, sparkling hanging chandeliers and twinkly LED lighting strands to provide depth and colour. The large video dancefloor provided a warm and colour changing glow throughout the evening, incorporating the client’s brand colours and logo with high quality visuals. Plush and dramatic table linens in dark, rich colours added to the luxurious feel. Table centre pieces varied from dramatic pampas grass arrangements, to gold painted florals and branded hotel-style lamp shades, with votives bringing a table level glow.
Bespoke retro style prints hung around the room – printed specially for the event – which featured staff members names in faux promotional posters to fictional events, for a playful dash of colour around the room and to make this truly bespoke to them.
A band of West End singers masquerading as the Maître d’, Head Waiter and Head Chef burst into song as a mid-dinner show – having been welcoming, greeting & seating everyone all night – a Surprise Singing Waiter performance of top quality! Entertaining guests with a mixture of classic and more modern tunes, the crowd pleasers had everyone waving their napkins then up and dancing. We finished up the dining experience with a trio of fantastic ladies in sparkly dresses providing an up-tempo set of ABBA and dancefloor classics, that got everyone up and dancing.
After dinner guests made their way to the dancefloor for a fantastic DJ set with a super cool saxophonist performer to accompany – complete with light-up sax! They had everyone up on their feet to finish this fantastic night.
