Official Showroom Opening

Wiltshire, June 2018

When our client approached us we were excited to be able to assist them with their official showroom opening of their brand new marketing suites and showroom based in Wiltshire. We provided complete event management and design for their breakfast networking event. Whilst many events are months in the planning, we completed this event in weeks – with thanks for our incredible team for making this happen.

In line with our client’s brand, the event had to be sleek, visually crisp and primarily red. As an engineering firm, our client wanted originality in the design and high quality products to achieve a premium finish.

As guests arrived at the showroom opening, they were guided down a red carpet and past giant helium balloons – a fun and eye catching wake up call! With waiting staff on hand to provide a glass of Buck’s Fizz, we set the tone for a celebratory morning.

As guests mingled throughout the showroom opening, Fosters Event Catering’s provided a tempting and tasty breakfast offering – fruit cocktails, flaky and buttery pastries, smoked salmon bagels, avocado and quail’s egg accompanied bacon mini sliders.

For the official showroom opening moment, we have build a bespoke red stage set complete with an in built LED screen to display the presentations and all important unveiling curtain.

As the morning drew to a close, guests were provided with an individual hessian goody bag, filled with environmentally friendly treats and re-usable products; included branded cupcakes for a sweet afternoon treat, fastened with smooth red ribbon and safely protected in an recyclable box.

It was a pleasure to be involved in the breakfast networking and launch event, offering a twist to a classic morning meeting. We’re looking forward to supporting this client as they continue to grow and develop.
