It is always a treat to be invited back to assist our client with January shoot – a great way to start the year.
On arrival the group is welcomed with fresh coffee and bacon baps to give them the energy (and warmth!) for the morning ahead.
Meanwhile, whilst guests are off shooting, we are busy behind the scenes setting the table with our wonderful florist – who never fails to amaze us with her beautiful designs! And getting ready to welcome guests back for midday snacks and champagne.
Hot French onion, homemade Godminster cheddar & leek tartlets and honey roast chipolatas were served to guests along with our client’s favourite apple and cinnamon cake before they headed back out for the afternoon.
Late lunch was served to guests at the long table next to the roaring fire. A selection of fine wines accompanied the four course dinner – each perfectly matched to compliment the flavours.
We are already looking forward to the Autumn shoot – such a great day for guests and the team alike.
