The Mount Without Christmas Party

Our client wanted to celebrate their annual success with their 150 employees this year and thank them for all the work they had contributed. We were delighted to help them make their vision become a Christmas reality.

As guests were welcomed to the outside area and underground crypt of the stunning venue The Mount Without they were transported to a Winter Wonderland with snowy Christmas trees, beautiful carol singers and even a fire poi performer! Inside the crypt glasses of fizz and some delicious canapes were awaiting their arrival and an amazing photobooth featuring a 3D mountain background and some skis and snow goggles for a real winter wonderland effect!

Once the drinks reception was complete guests were asked to make their way upstairs to the dining area. Here we utilised our clients festive branding as much as we could to decorate the beautifully converted church l in a classy and elegant way. From signage to Christmas baubles to name place cards and even using their brand colours to light up the space we created a special, bespoke atmosphere for our client.

Throughout the dinner the client hosted a large number of awards and special thanks to key team members, this was a fantastically impactful and energetic portion of the evening with lots of drama and special reveals! Lighting and coordination of microphone were essential to ensure the smooth running of the speeches.

Once the dinner had finished, guests were amazed by a surprise performance from the carol singers kicking the night off with a great selection of anthemic tracks.  They had all the guests up at the front singing with them and then announced that the guests should make their way back downstairs for the after party!

Here we had a great DJ and even a guest appearance from one of their own staff members with a fantastic hip-hop act. The music went on until late into the evening with our bar being open all night. All guests had a fabulous time and we cannot wait to help them to host some amazing parties in the new year.
