Vibrant Brand Launch and Staff Conference

It was a real pleasure for the Alastair Currie Events team to work alongside our longstanding client in introducing their new brand and identity to their employees at this exciting brand launch conference.

As a really important milestone for this company, the launch called for a really impressive new venue! The theatre within Bristol Aquarium, known to many as the old IMAX cinema, offered a larger than life screen – the perfect platform for showing off our client’s exciting new content.

We organised coaches to collect attendees straight from their office. On arrival a troupe of samba drummers, dressed in brand colours, were ready to greet attendees and build excitement whilst walking them to the venue entrance.

Our client’s playful new branding was used throughout the venue to really make the space come alive under their new brand. We made the most of every possible branding opportunity within the venue; through eye-catching branded cubes & a bespoke lectern on stage, along with bright yellow goody bags (packed by our team!) placed on every seat. Not forgetting delicious branded sweet nibbles that greeted guests on arrival and branded recyclable cups filled with mulled wine & cider. Eye-catching, bespoke and reusable Foamex posters added extra personality to the space – there was no doubting who this event was for!

An exciting, unforgettable event in starting our client’s new chapters under their new brand – a real privilege for the team to be involved in!
