This corporate space inspired party was completely out of the ordinary – a trip of a lifetime on board an intergalactic flight to reach the final destination of Planet X-Mass.
Upon arrival, guests used their boarding pass to check in to the Interstellar Space Station. Within the Departure Lounge guests enjoyed a glass of Champagne and an incredible selection of canapés whilst the fantastic Cantina-style band performed a selection of recognisable sci-fi themes in a jazz style. Boarding was announced – with each person’s UV stamp ‘microchip’ scanned before they entered the ship.
The dramatic dining area was created over three distinct levels focused on ‘the bridge’ of the ship with three screens and a further fourth from the sunken LED video dancefloor.
Once seated guests were introduced to the ship’s crew who led inflight safety demonstrations informing space travellers of the risks of space travel including the importance of wearing their Anti-Gravitational Wristbands at all times.
Our guests’ inflight dining experience began with a meal box delivered to each space. As they dined – and we flew over planet Operatica – guests were treated to an out of this world operatic performance akin to the famous scene from the film Fifth Element.
Once main course had been enjoyed, a dramatic selection of special effects signalled our accidental approach towards a black hole, we beamed up our special guest, magician Darcy Oake, to save the day with his gravity defying mind-bending realities.
A trio of chocolate spheres were served with a sprinkling of space dust – a sweet treat for our guests, and Lumina Duel, a laser violin duo, were the next performers to be ‘beamed’ up into our spaceship – a truly stunning show that truly blew our clients away!
The Showhawk Duo got the ship into full on ‘warp party drive’ encouraging guests to take to the incredible video dancefloor or to enjoy some of the post-dinner entertainment in the departure lounge.
A corporate Christmas party that was truly out of this world.
