Another year over. We can’t quite believe it! It’s absolutely flown by, as per usual.
It’s been another fantastic one for us. We’ve put on so many wonderful events of all different shapes and sizes, with many more exciting things planned for 2020.
We wanted to take this opportunity to reflect back on just a few of our highlights from 2019.
Themed events
18th Arabian nights
Almost a year in the making this was a spectacular Arabian theme party for our super fun clients! We worked with a fantastic team to bring this epic event together.
The Hollywood Ball
A fantastic Hollywood spectacular, complete with Hollywood Hills backdrop, glamorous light-up movie-star frames, stunning candelabra and Oscar statue centrepieces. We even rolled out the red carpet for the guests
Festival Party
A fantastically colourful, relaxed party. Vintage trestle tables and coloured paper lanterns set the scene. Our favourite DJ entertained guests until late, with plenty of rum and cokes being poured for energetic guests!
Caribbean Fiesta
Loud and proud! A fantastic riot of colour and noise, with a wonderful Carnival troupe of dancers, drummers and singer to entertain our guests. All amidst a stunning marquee setup filled with tropical florals and bright linens.
Pretty parties and intimate dinners
Perfectly pink
A stunning 12 minute fireworks display, a beautiful pink plush marquee, and an abundance of delicious food and drink. A couple of stunning parties with this long standing client.
Dinners at home
Gorgeous intimate dinners for some returning clients, beautiful food, drinks and finery!
Shoot days
These biannual shoot days are always a stunning affair starring beautiful floral centrepieces. A fantastic full day of hospitality in the Cotswolds. We love being invited back to push the boundaries for something different each time.
Marquee week
A week of celebrations at Badminton School in this split level marquee. A range of occasions bringing pupils past and present together to celebrate the successes of the year and to look back to years gone by.
Conferences with a difference
Bristol Technology Showcase
The Inaugural Bristol Technology Showcase and measuring up Concorde for big name installations. A great showcase of some of the best local emerging technology with a focus on how they will affect businesses and wider society as a whole.
In the spirit of giving
Soup kitchen
A fantastic charity event for LGT Vestra with their second annual Soup Market held at the beautiful Paternoster Square in the City of London to raise funds and awareness for Centrepoint. Twenty restaurants kindly donated 40 litres of soup each for the passing public to make a donation in exchange for a hot lunch.
Percival dinner
This annual celebratory fundraiser hosted by Clifton College was held for the first year onsite at the newly refurbished BSK building and dining room. We loved lighting up the outside for a really special entrance, guests walked through the Memorial Arch and towards the Quad where they were greeted by red carpet with red ropes and posts, flanked with Bentley cars.
